Refund Policy

Overview

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase. This policy applies to purchases made directly on Backwards Text Generator unless otherwise required by law.

Eligibility (7-day window)

To request a refund, email us within 7 days of the charge and include your order details.

Refund eligibility depends on what you purchased:

Subscriptions

• If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, we will refund the subscription payment.
• If a subscription renews and you forgot to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we’ll review the refund request.
• Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. We typically do not provide prorated refunds after the 7-day window.

Credit packs (consumable)

• Credit packs are refundable within 7 days only if unused (or not materially used).
• Once credits are consumed, they cannot be returned.

One-time purchases

• One-time purchases are refundable within 7 days as long as the purchase has not been used (or has only been minimally used).

Non-refundable cases

We may deny a refund request in cases of fraud, abuse, repeated refund requests, or violations of our Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

Email support@ship-backwardstextgenerator.vercel.app with:

• The email address used for the purchase
• Your order/receipt identifier
• The product type (subscription / credit pack / one-time purchase)
• A short reason for the request

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and bank, but typically take 5–10 business days.
